Exceptional<br>#128578; A fantastic holiday apartment directly at the Promenade des Anglais near the famous Negresco hotel. Although the apartment is directly located at the Promenade des Anglais, it is still not too loud in the night.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Amazing sea view, far more fascinating than the pictures shown. Really astonishing DVD collection. You can find anything or any facilities you need in the apartment.
