We had a lovely week in this well equipped house, nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at this villa in Biscarosse. The property exceeded our expectations. The view from the pool and the patio into the forest was stunning. The villa itself is particularly suitable for a lager group with enough space, 4 bathrooms and nicely furnished. We enjoyed cooking together an sitting at the big kitchen island. You will find everything you need in the house and everything is as descripted. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood close by the lake, but you will need a car to get there. Driving to the beach is relatively short with good parking opportunities and we did it every day. The communication with the owner and the housekeeping was easy and without any complications. If your looking for I peaceful place surrounded by nature I highly recommend a stay at the PROMO ARCHITECT VILLA.

The building is architecturally very nice, and inside is luxurious. We really enjoyed the large deck and ate most of our meals there. The forest all around us was very peaceful and we felt we were living in a different world. The Biscarrosse area is amazing. It was our first time there and we will be coming back because there are so many activities we wanted to do but didn't have time to do them all.

The layout of the house was perfect for 8 adults, 2 children, and one baby. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing meals. There was a security fence around the pool. The location was perfect for going either to the beach or to the lake.

We and joyed the peace and tranquility offered by the surrounding woods. The secure heated swimming pool is also a big plus. Plenty of space for everyone.

Joining family from all over the world, this was a perfect place, well equipped, a beautiful outside area, close to all amenities for shopping etc. The house was comfortable and near the Lake with a great restaurant where we were welcomed with children. Also close to the beach at the Atlantic, a great favourite for our family! Good restaurants in Biscarrosse Bourg and Plage, good golf nearby and lots to do for all ages. Would definitely recommend this beautiful area for walking, cycling and swimming and this was a great house in which to do all this. T hank you Jean-Louis.

We stayed at this amazing house in June 2016 for a week with our two young children and my parents-in-law. The house is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures and so much more. We were greeted on arrival by the amazingly friendly and helpful owners. There is so much to praise about this property but perhaps best to start with the location - set in a lovely quite close of maybe 6 houses but just a 2 minute drive to the beautiful beach on the Lake at Maguide. We chose to drive as we had young children but you could easily walk through the pines trees which are well tracked. Down at Maguide there are 3 great cafes / restaurants ('Histoire de' is top quality), a lovely beach and a large inflatable play area in the lake for bigger kids. Sitting between the two lakes the house provides the perfect location for you to easily be able to get to Biscarosse Plage for some Atlantic swimming and Biscarosse Town for all of your supplies (couple of supermarkets etc). Turning back to the house - it's massive - great open plan downstairs. TV, DVD etc in the lounge. The wifi even works outside. Kitchen is really well stocked and laundry room was handy. The best bit is probably the outdoor space - the living area opens onto a huge terrace with tables, loungers and two massive sun shades. Pool is warm and a perfect size. There's even a Weber BBQ there for guests to use. The bedrooms were nice and all came with automatic shutters to guarantee a good night sleep. In summary - it's perfect. Great location, great house and lovely helpful owners. We will definitely return.
