Ein wunderschönes Haus in guter...<br>#128578; Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Indoor-Küche und eine große Outdoor-Küche mit Grill, Tepanyaki, Friteuse und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist sehr groß, umgeben von bequemen Liegen und es gibt auch eine Outdoor-Dusche. Dir Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Bäder gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt genügend Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Vermieterin, die ebenfalls im Haus wohnt, ist eine reizende ältere Dame, ...<br>#128577; Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung, handelt es sich nicht um ein ganzes Ferienhaus, sondern lediglich um eine sehr große Wohnung innerhalb eines großen Hauses. Das ist jedoch nicht schlimm, da man von den anderen Bewohnern so gut wie nichts mitbekommt und sich frei bewegen kann. Der Jacuzzi ist nicht vorhanden, was uns auch nicht gestört hat, da man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen von über 30 Grad ohnehin keine Sehnsucht nach einem warmen Sprudelbad hat. We stayed as 2 families for a week and the end of July. Jessica (owner) was very friendly and helpful. Air con was really effective and quiet. Pool lovely temperature. More outdoor seating that you could ever want and plenty of shade. Walk to the nearest beach is about 15 mins, but definitely uphill on the way back to the house! We did walk to restaurants in santa lucia in about 25 mins, and got a taxi back up the hill. The house has a few things that are well used but it feels like a home! Really well equipped kitchen plus outdoor bar and cooking area was great. The house is the very large bottom floor of a larger house although has full private outdoor space / pool.

We spent a family vacation for a week in the villa. It was 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids) and we were very comfortable. The set up of the house was right for us. There was enough parking for 3 cars. Jessica was very welcoming and helpful all along the stay while being discreet. The outdoor area of the house is simply beautiful. Photos are true to the house. There were a lot of things to do in the house to keep us occupied: swimming pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, babyfoot, petanque, or just relaxing in the comfy chairs on the outdoor patio. The house is in a quiet residential area. The closest beach is about 20 mins walk. I highly recommend this property.
