Quartier Montparnasse, très bel appartement confortable avec terrasse

We loved our time here, spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was fabulous, off the beaten path but incredible accessible with two metro stops steps away. Lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby as well. Patrick was an incredible host, extremely responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Patrick’s place. He was very kind and greeted us at arrival to explain everything about the place. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and fully equipped for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is quaint with close safe metro station and lots of boulangeri bakeries and restaurants to choose from.

We loved this apartment for our 6 night trip. With the metro station just down the block, it was convenient to get everywhere we needed to go. There are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants all around. Patrick was an excellent host, and I reccomend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

Highly recommend! The apartment was as described and the balcony was great to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine after a day of sight seeing. Patrick met us on arrival and explained how the lift etc worked which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are two tennis friends who came to Paris to see the French Open - and see some of Paris. The apartment was the icing on the cake. It was spacious and airy. It was very hot whilst we were there but the apartment was cool and comfortable. Patrick has put a lot of thought into the decor and provided a couple of guidebooks to help us plan. The area had a real neighbourhood feel with lovely places to sit and take in the atmosphere. There is a supermarket and the apartment is only a few metres from a Metro stop. I have stayed in Paris many times and this was by far the best apartment I have stayed in. Thank you Patrick.

We loved Patricks apartment. It was close to 2 Metro stops. Had everything you needed in the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, looked just like the pictures and was perfectly stocked with dishes, pans, etc. I would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was our first trip to Paris. There were many shops, restaurants and boulangeries steps away from the entrance to the building. Metro. PlaIsance was very close with an escalator up for returning after long days on our feet. Patrick greeted us at the door and showed us around the apartment upon our arrival. We loved Rue Raymond Losserand. It felt like a real Parisian street instead of the tourist area. Highly recommend this place.

Plaisance Metro has great links and few stairs at entry. The apartment had everything we needed. Bed was firm but still comfortable. Cafe Metro great place to eat…
