"Queen's garden" Centre, Terrasse, Rénové, Calme

😊: Close to beach. Close to Carrefour shop for supplies. Apartment ideal for our length of stay. Lots of information regarding key pick up, getting into apartment, hot water facility.. 😢: Drop off key. It would be better if we could have left them in the apartment..

😊: 1. The location of the “Queen’s Garden” apartment was perfect — right on the seafront, with easy access to the beach. 2. The welcome guide was very convenient, user-friendly, and clearly explained everything we needed to know, including how to enter the apartment. 3. WhatsApp support was friendly, proactive, and helpful — though we missed having a personal check-in or meeting with the administrator when we requested it.. 😢: 1. Key-pickup point is located far from apartment itself (Only one pair of keys is issued). 2. Bathroom: Very mouldiness shower. Since arrival shower faucet was hardly liking because it was broken (fixed by plumber but it took 2 days with everyday reminder). Dusty ventilation. Lights above the mirror were out of order. Toilet seat was not properly fixed. The sink and shower basin are cracked. 3. Boiler room: Pay attention to the boiler, it turns off everyday ( was mentioned in the welcome guide). The washing machine was out of order, didn't rinse or spin the clothes, the locker in it was broken as well. Floor mob was smelly and dirty. 4. Rooms and kitchen: Cleanliness was terrible and very weak. The locked closet contained some unauthorised stuff. Dust on the shelves, on the wardrobe, walls. The air conditioner filters were not washed and were full of dust. There was a whole pile of dust behind the bed and the sofa. The sofa was very dusty too. Curtains had traces of red-colour liquid on it. The kitchen sink was dirty, as well as the ventilation above. Cobwebs in the corners. 5. After all this findings, cleaning team was requested through the administrators. Next day a two-person cleaning team arrived and we showed them a number of problems that needed to be fixed, but instead they started filming the apartment, us and our belongings without permission. Our requests were met with aggressive behavior from the team leader, accusing us of breaking the shower (hoping we didn't understand French), and justifying the dirty room by saying that they only do "classic cleaning" and not "general" one and that this is not part of their duties. According to the group leader, " the administration and the apartment owner were also accused of only wanting to make money and not ordering a general cleaning." Which was not very understandable behavior for us and we did not understand our fault..
