😊: The location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was the "old town" of Annecy—a warm apartment with all facilities.. 😢: It was not facing the street, which was a good thing, but instead it was located inside the courtyard. The corridor inside the courtyard was narrow, and the steps to the first floor were too old. I was hoping every time that they would not crack on my steps..

😢: There is no lift, and narrow stairs, on the 3rd floor, very difficult for moving suitcase. The electricity of boiler switches off automatically in the evening results in no warm water for shower! It is not possible to maually switch on late in the evening. It can only be switched on in the morning, but you need to wait more than 1 hour to generate warm water! There are 4 shower indicators on the boiler, we have 5 people, there was no enough warm water for all of us to shower, we had to take a turn every day 😓. Can not use toaster, it gives bad burning smell but not warm the bread. Sometimes, there was short circuit results in no electricity of the whole house. Very bad exprience in this appartment, not worthful for the mount of money a.
