Résidence Le Belleville

They supplied everything we needed for our stay so our stay was stress free! We enjoyed this place a lot. It was perfect for our family with a teen(he loved having his own space)! The host even recommended some restaurants near by, that we loved. The place was an easy walk to all the tourist attractions! We highly recommend this place!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Although we arrived early, we were allowed to stow our luggage in one of our rooms until the other was ready. The rooms were clean and fresh. It is located in a neighborhood with access to cafes and shops—a nice escape from entirely touristy areas. There is a small elevator. As seems to be typical when traveling in Europe, there is no air conditioning. Usually, I don’t think that is an issue. Our visit was during an heatwave. Our room cooled nicely in the evening though. Overall, very economical and comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

If you want an authentic, non-touristy location to stay in, this is the place for you. The apartment is EXCELLENT and the washer/dryer is a bonus. But… it is quite a distance from the heart of Paris. You will need to take the bus or metro for at least 30-45 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre or any of the typical attractions. What you’ll find in Belleville are local Parisians living their lives. It may feel a bit overwhelming if you’re new to Paris and don’t know any French. But the local vibe here… and food… are somethings you will not find in the tourist locations

Wonderful stay at residence le belleville. Apartment was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We love staying here! It’s cozy, clean and not too far from everything. The staff is very welcoming.

Small but cosy and very clean, thoughtfully designed little apartment, with friendly staff. More/better pillows would make a big difference!
