😊: Perfect for short stays.

😊: Small but good usable kitchen, good shower, sound proof to the street ( but not the front door to the property, as its against the room you're in). Electric dryer rack was great for drying clothes etc. 😢: Bed may be OK for 20 year Olds, but not for us 70 plus, way to uncomfortable. Was like a futon ,if you're not fully fit and mobile you can't get out of the left side of the bed against the wall. 350 mt Uphill walk to bus or metro base , again ok if you're fit and mobile.These things are important for people 70 plus with a few mobility issues. ( you can get Uber to the door though and into the centre for 10 euro ).

😊: Nothing. 😢: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was shocked to find a large spider inside the blanket — a clear sign of poor hygiene and lack of basic cleanliness. I immediately tried to contact the owner, but received no response at all. This level of negligence is not only disappointing but also unsafe. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Guests deserve better..

😊: It was clean, nice location. 😢: Was no shampoo and shower gel.

😊: Right in the center of Rouen close to all beautiful places.. 😢: A bit too small for two people, but good if you just need a place to spend the night on your busy journey..
