😊: We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and very comfortable!.

😊: This apartment is not suitable in hot weather, me and my partner arrived and the temperature was 32 degrees in the apartment and was left with 3 small tower fans, that were simply blowing hot air around the property! I informed the hosts via booking.com and as it wasn’t cooling down after a few hours we asked for a refund so we could move to a hotel with air con as we felt physically sick. The hosts ignored us and said the fans were suitable which they were not. I was on the phone to booking.com and they tried to make contact but the hosts ignored them. We ended up sitting in our car with the air con on till late in the night for 2 nights unable to sleep in the apartment due to it being so hot which is not acceptable. This has been raised with them before and they have ignored it taking no responsibility when it is there place! They do not take calls on the emergency number they give you and just ignore you and send messages through booking.com saying the flat is fine when it is not. The apartment is also up 3 flights of really steep stairs we are only 40 and we couldn’t carry our suitcases up the stairs and were not made aware of this on booking. Also the door is opened by a code which in an emergency to get out you have to wait for the electric thing to open which is not safe as if this failed you couldn’t used the handle to get out, not safe at all. Raise this with the host she ignored me. Also the power points round the flat were nowhere near you want them to be. Lastly parking is not available, as Taittinger champagne house is behind it all the parking is taken. After all these issues the host had the cheek to message and ask me to leave a 5 star review. I would not recommend this panel to anyone visiting Reims. Hosts are terrible.. 😢: Everything about the apartment was terrible, hosts included. Ruined the end of our wonderful holiday where we stayed in 3 other wonderful places..
