Exceptional<br>#128578; I spent a most comfortable and delightful week in the adjoining gite to Salut Chambre D'hote. On several mornings I joined the other guests in the dining room for breakfast. We had the opportunity to sample Lisa's delicious homemade banana bread. Chris and Lisa are sociable, kind and caring hosts. They also provide a pick up service from Carcassonne for a small fee. Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Accueil fort sympathique. Lisa et Chris sont des personnes tres charmantes. Logement très propre et très fonctionnel. Emplacement idéal. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fantastich.<br>#128578; Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd voor slechts 8 euro p.p. Voldoende keuze voor wat betreft beleg. Koffie en thee alsook diverse sappen waren ruim voorradig. Yogurt en vers fruit was ook aanwezig. Chris en Lisa geven je een "home away from home" gevoel. Staan paraat voor tips en vertellen uit eigen ervaring. De locatie is op 10 minuten lopen van het kleine centrum. De oude stad is op 25 minuten lopen afstand.

Lots of chic boutiques and an amazing market on Saturday morning. 30 min walk takes you to La Cite where you can explore the old town medieval castle with so much to see … recommend the little train to learn about the history of Carcassonne. Lisa Chris are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, lovely welcome with thoughtful touches such as baguette, water a few toiletries left by ...<br>#128577; The bed was too soft for our comfort but that’s a personal preference.
