Sea & City View

😊: We stayed for 6 nights as a family of four (with two kids) and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The city and sea view from the apartment is absolutely stunning and a real highlight of our stay. Located in a residential society, the place is very quiet and peaceful—perfect for families. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully functional, and having a washing machine and dishwasher was extremely convenient. A special mention for families with children: there are plenty of toys and games available, which kept our kids happily engaged.. 😢: There were a few issues worth mentioning during our stay: The kitchen chimney was not working. Hot water required restarting the heating system frequently, which was quite inconvenient—especially when you’re waiting in a towel for the water to heat up 😀 This may simply have been our bad luck, and I don’t want to blame the property for it. To their credit, the host acknowledged the issues and genuinely tried to support us. A few additional points that are not under the property owner’s control but are good to be aware of: Public transport connectivity from the nearest bus stop is quite limited. For better connections, you need to walk about 800–900 meters, including around 300 meters of a steep incline. Walking this distance at night (around 9–10 PM) with family (wife and kids) felt unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people along the route. Because of these factors, we preferred using our car even for local travel.

😊: Amazing location and Balcony View. The apartment is very spacious, clean, had everything we needed.. 😢: We had an issue accessing the Wi-Fi, the password didn't work. I raised the issue straight away and was advised this would be looked into but then never heard back. No Internet access is annoying and costly buying extra data but other than that we had an amazing stay. The blinds were a little damaged so we didn't try use them..

😊: Everything was perfect, owners are very nice and they paid attention to every detail.

😊: Location is great, residence is also very nice. The renovation of the apartment is relatively new. Individual app for the guests, is a good idea and it makes the life easier, but don't forget to download it before the arrival.. 😢: host is not very responsive, usually it takes days until you get the reply to your questions (I had to call her in order to be sure that she received my message). I requested before my arrival to provide 4 separate blankets (as we are travelling as a family and my kids are not comfortable to share 1 double blanket), the host mentioned that she will not be able to provide. I said I'm ready to pay extra for this. But still, we couldn't get this and I was obliged to buy 1 additional blanket from supermarket. Bed linens were not clean. I recognized that it was left unchanged after the previous guests left the apartment (I had the same feeling about the towels as well, but I'm not 100% sure). I knew it will take long to negotiate it with the host, so, I bought 2 sets of bed linens from supermarket and we replaced the ones in the apartment. So, it is quite frustrating, as this is fundamental for renting activity to follow the hygiene and tidiness requirements. It was loud outside, but the jaluzi didn't function, so we couldn't close the windows properly. It is pity that such a nice apartment is so poorly managed..
