Secret House - Champs Élysée - Rare - Clim

Outstanding location, excellent for accessing all that Paris has to offer. Mikael had a great check in. Lots of space for a family with three separate floors, and 4 bedrooms. Property lacked some essential kitchen items (oil, vinegar, grater, collander, oven mitts). Electrical outlets missing in main floor bathroom. We were unaware of ongoing consturction immediately outside, early in the morning which was noisy.

This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know… there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement… just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again.

It was always impressive to walk out the secret passage onto the street and see the Arc de Triomphe with the Eiffel Tower beside it. The Charles de Gaulle Etoile was a great station to get anywhere we wanted to go including Disneyland Paris and the CDG airport and all the Paris sites inbetween. 5 days was not enough time! We loved exploring nearby and far away. When we were ready to rest or gather, the house provided a large space to gather around the table and private bedrooms to rest and get away. We especially loved that there was air conditioning as this end of June stay was very hot!! Yohanne was very responsive and kind. We would love to stay there again. Paul, Penny and Family

Our stay at the “Secret House” was perfect. All four women (age 60) gave it high marks for its close proximity to the Arc de Triomphe and Rue Poncelet (open-air market). Despite its proximity to the busy Champs-Élysée, it was quiet and we felt completely safe. The spacious four-bedroom house was very clean. The washer/dryer was a nice feature and the air conditioning worked great. The owner’s communication throughout the process was excellent. The property manager was at the house when we arrived. He gave us a tour of the property & provided a comprehensive overview of the home’s features. The maid met us 10 minutes before checkout to offer her assistance, if needed. The only drawback was the stairs, if you have mobility issues. The 3 levels were not a problem for us. We’d highly recommend this Vrbo and would stay here again next time we’re in Paris.

Big space , nicely laid out .

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay in Paris with my family ! After other apps in Paris failed us, we will now use VRBO from now on no question in the future. The condo was perfectly located and super nice and friendly staff. Condo was equipped with more than expected supplies which is always nice to see. We will be bank, thank you very much to the hosts

Our stay was July 13-17. This location is absolutely incredible. <500 meters to the Arc. Great public transportation access. Endless excellent food options a short walk away. Despite the great location it is SO quiet. You enter off Wagram. Type in a code and you go through the door of what used to be an old style car port. The apartment/house is kind of in a courtyard. My description of the location is poor I realize. On Bastille day the house was quiet despite packed streets. Kitchen is well appointed. Washer and dryer worked VERY well. Location of washer and dryer made use convenient even when people were sleeping. Very clean. Absolutely loved our stay. Very small children might be problematic here with the stairs. Wifi worked very well. We didn't watch much TV but we were able to use Netflix without any trouble. There was a heat wave when were there and air conditioning was spectacular. Our group was me and my wife, my parents, and our two teenagers. For us this space was perfect. Each teenager getting there own room in basement and sharing a bathroom, the two couples with their full bath ensuite(one on second floor one on ground floor. An additional toilet/powderoom on ground floor. For us, a perfect layout.

This house is located in a secure courtyard off of Wagram Avenue, steps from the Arc and Champs Elysees. The house itself is spacious and has a fully equipped galley kitchen. Markets are about a block away, and luxury shopping about three blocks. I went with a group of ten which included adults and adult/teenage children. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. I would recommend this house to anyone who puts a premium on location.
