😊: Location was excellent, well appointed property, beautifully designed and very clean.. 😢: We couldn’t use two out of the three fans because they didn’t seem to work, the wifi code didn’t work..

😊: Incredible location - everything within 10min walk it felt like, multiple trams nearby. Tasty pizza a 30sec walk away. Responsive hosts - thank you. They also notified us that the house was available earlier than expected. Comfy beds (& fun layout - curtains, no doors except on bathrooms). Everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels, cooking utensils. Big fridge. Highly recommend - amazing value for money.. 😢: The taps - generally totally fine but some of them were v weak when wanting hot water, or another when wanting cold water. Far from a dealbreaker but what made it a 9 instead of a 10. Also, some more comfy seating would be amazing - there is a comfy 2-3person sofa on ground floor (which coverts to a double sofa bed) and a 2-3person sofa in the basement. There are also additional hard seats. But with 6 adults, it would have been great to have one of the areas with enough comfy seating, or bean bags or something of the like. We still played lots of games around the table so again not a big thing. For people with limited mobility/children learning to walk, the stairs are quite narrow within the building so to be aware of this. You can hear people in the streets, and the mornings with the bin lorries..

😊: I loved the central location, and the attentive owners/renters. Information was good before and during stay and every question was answered quickly and friendly. The size of the apartment is decent and ok equipped for a few days stay. Beds are comfortable. We were overall happy with our stay.. 😢: There was a strong smell of humidity downstairs, so we didn't use this area at all. The mid floor and top floor were ok though. There is not a lot of space to sit and eat, we were 2 grown ups and 2 kids and it was ok, however for 6 people it would be a bit tight I think. The daylight is limited to two small windows on one side. It was quite noisy (at night from neighbouring pub and early morning from trash trucks. This is of course not the fault of the owners, but how it is ia a city centre old building ground floor..
