Somptueux appartement Beau-Rivage

😊: Very spacious apartment with magnificent views over Lake Annecy. The rooms had character and were equipped with everything you could need snd more. It was an easy walk into the old town snd the canals. The private beach is an amazing bonus, my adult children loved it.. 😢: It was exceptionally hot (mid heatwave) and it was difficult to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, especially in the evenings as we had severe thunderstorms. Some air conditioning would make it feel more luxurious. Also, having the windows open let in the noise of the busy road that is right by the complex, which made it difficult to sleep. With air conditioning, I would have given it 10..

😊: Beautiful view of the lake, large and spacious, clean. Can access a private beach with jetty for getting into the lake, stunning.. 😢: While there were plenty of towels, they were tiny, the majority no bigger than tea towels. It’s on a busy road but has excellent double glazing. In high summer with windows open it would be noisy at the front. There was an odd smell in the apartment . As we were travelling as colleagues the internal windows on one bedroom and bathroom was slightly problematic. The blind was not thick enough for privacy..
