😊: Location was very convenient. 😢: It was suggested to pickup key to double park, but this resulted in abuse from locals, only one coffee pod, no dishwasher tablets, very stuffy apartment fan full of dust could not use, shower overflowed due to drain full of hair, rang owner and left message re issue with lock- never received response, fortunately worked it out. No freezer. Did not use sauna or spa..

😊: The location and the area was relatively quiet. Well equipped apartment, great shower, comfy bed. did not stay long enough to try jacuzzi. Ideally situated very near old town centre.. 😢: More information on locality, history of the actual building we were in...

😊: The position. 😢: It wasn’t clean the bed did not Look inviting it was shabby the sink was dirty. The parking was a joke. We would not have tried to get into the entrance for the parking as we couldn’t risk damaging our car. We never stayed and booked into a hotel.

😊: All was great- the location, instructions from the staff, sauna. 😢: Bed was a bit too soft for my back, but that’s me. We were fine, as temperature dropped when we arrived. Otherwise- seems the venue does not have aircon, just a ventilator.

😊: A very nice apartment with a fantastic location to explore the beautiful city of Rouen. Hugo was a great host. When we arrived we had difficulty getting into the property (totally our fault) but Hugo replied almost immediately and resolved the issue. His communication throughout was excellent..
