😊: :/. 😢: Totally not trustworthy. We were two friends traveling together and we chose this apartment mainly because the pictures showed that two separate sleeping areas could be arranged — a bedroom and a foldable sofa in the living room. The photos clearly showed the sofa extended and prepared with bed sheets, in addition to the bed sheets on the large bed in the bedroom. I sent two messages before our arrival to confirm that the property would prepare separate bed sheets for us so we wouldn’t have to sleep in the same bed. They only replied that “beds will be prepared” (using the plural form), which gave the impression that both sleeping areas would be ready. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, it turned out that my request had been completely ignored. I tried to contact them several times by phone and message, but I only received a short answer after 24 hours stating that they provide only one set of bed sheets per stay. This is both ridiculous and misleading..
