😊: Great location, quiet but really easy to walk in to town.

😊: The instructions on how to access the flat was very complicated having to download an app assuming you had a smart phone. I found the app confusing and not that user friendly initially. However, I did get to grips with it in the end but ite made me stressed at the outset.. 😢: When we arrived, the washing machine was still in use with sheets from previous guests I assume and other sheets were hanging in the living area damp on a clothes rack. I do not go on holiday to unload other people’s laundry or have to look at it in the main room. I found that quite unsuitable. Also it said to help yourself to tea and coffee which we were looking forward to after a long drive but there were no supplies offered. There was also a lack of cooking utensils and the hob was hard to fathom out without a user guide. Thanks goodness for YouTube! A stipulation of booking was that we had to be quiet in the apartment and was advised to cancel if we could not comply with that. However, during the night, fireworks were going off (it was Bastille Day admittedly) but then at around 2am a group of men below were talking and laughing loudly for quite a while. I found that quite ironic. It was also very warm in the apartment with no air con..
