A very pleasant stay in a beautiful home . Lysiane the owner could not have been more helpful.

A delightful, well equipped apartment - comfortable with everything we needed. On site parking which was a blessing. Close to the port and within walking distance of restaurants & shops & beautiful walks.

Spectacular views, comfortable lodging and close walking distance to water, cafes and bus to town. Owner is kind, generous and very helpful.

The house is quite pleasant with a lot of equipment and a private garden on the ground floor, and nice welcome by Lysiane. The location is close to the most interesting areas in Saint-Malo, but also a quiet place to stay for holidays.

Séjour très agréable,conforme à la description de l annoncé . Ça donne envie d y refaire un séjour., Par contre 1ère fois que je louais avec abritel et j ´ai été déçue de ne pas avoir de réponses à certaines questions posées.

Appartement parfait (propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût) à St Servan en bord de mer proche des restaurants et au départ d'une promenade autour de la cité d'Alet, non loin de St Malo intra-muros accessible à pied. Propriétaire charmante, très bon contact, facilitante et disponible, habitant sur le même palier. Les plus très appréciables : un parking et un jardin. Séjour parfait !

Lovely time spent with my two teenage children before they go off to university. Great location. Would certainly come back in future. Only confusion was where to leave key when we left….didn’t want to leave door open so left it in mail box….hope it got back to you OK. Thank you, Lyndon

We really enjoyed our few days in this well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there was a garden we could enjoy. Also - the private parking was an added bonus - as the square outside was often full. In fact - we only used the car once during the 5 days we were there. It was an easy level walk into the city of St Malo which we could explore without the hassle of parking.. One of the days we took the boat from St Malo on the short trip (10 mins) to Dinard - well worth a visit. There are several good restaurants close by the apartment too. We tried 2 of them. The square where the apartment is situated was quiet too - away from the bustle of St Malo (intra murs). We would definitely return. Thank you Lysiane.
