St Malo - recent studio, very well located - close to the beach - pet allowed

Excellent studio with everything you would need.The host was very accommodating and helpful.Parking (payant E4 a day) was not always easy. Intra muros was a long walk for us.

Studio très bien situé, calme, propreté irréprochable, très bon accueil du propriétaire.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Isabelle Pocacci avec qui nous avons eu un échange très agréable. Le logement était très propre, bien agencé et équipé. Et il est très bien situé dans Saint Malo. Très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Saint Malo. Le studio est impeccable, très propre et très bien situé. Il est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Un vrai petit cocon dans lequel il fait bon rentrer après une journée de balade. Isabelle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.

Logement très bien situé, près de la gare, avec arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Isabelle est très chaleureuse, de bon conseil pour les restaurants et visites à Saint-Malo et ses environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci encore de votre accueil !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement convenait a nos attente, la ville, particulièrement intra-muros est très agréable et la propriétaire était sympathique et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement.

Beautiful appartment , well placed well located , on the 2nd floor, with internet, like the pictures.. it's easy to park, the owners are friendly, one of the owners was came to pick me up at the train station , and gave me the necessary information so I could have a great stay. Ideal for explore the region... Thanks

This a beautiful place to stay. The pictures don't really do it justice. Everything is brand new and spanking clean. The host, Isabell, is a great host and takes care of her guests. The apartment itself is located about a block from the train station in a nice neighborhood and is in a secure building. It is close to the beaches, the fort, and shopping. Highly recommended.
