Fijn<br>#128578; Het was een ruim appartement voor lage prijs.<br>#128577; Slechte tot geen communicatie met de eigenaren van het appartement, geen reactie op pogingen contact op te nemen. Ook ontbraken er bepaalde spullen uit het apartment, zoals bijvoorbeeld een spatel.

Great parking, good location, spacious...<br>#128578; Secure and spacious parking was great. The apartment is just a block from the historic old town. It is spacious, with lots of natural light.<br>#128577; The internet did not work at all the WHOLE time we were there, despite repeated calls and messages and apologies from the property manager that they'd look into it. The apartment is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator; we were fine with this as we only had backpacks but if you have luggage you might struggle. There's a smell in the stairwell I hope they can address; thankfully the apartment itself was clean. It's a pity, just a little more attentiveness from the owner would have ...

Good central location with large...<br>#128578; Large property, great for family of 5. Good to have access to parking.<br>#128577; Shower didn’t fit holder, so had to hold shower head. Difficult instructions to follow. Expected key to be close to property. While it made sense on rereading the instructions, it could have been made more obvious that the other property where the key was, was 10-15 mins away.

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé...<br>#128578; L'appartement est vraiment idéalement situé, parking sécurisé en face, et on ne se déplace plus qu'à pied ! Le top pour se promener et visiter cette jolie ville de Rouen ! Très propre, spacieux et au calme ! De plus, torchons, serviettes, savons, nécessaire minimum de cuisine, lits faient et propres à l'arrivée sont un grand plus ! Les deux chambres à l'étage ont beaucoup de charme et la chambre du bas est spacieuse ! Tout était parfait !<br>#128577; Le canapé est peut-être un peu petit (3 places) mais on n'avait pas prévu d'y passer beaucoup de temps. L'appartement est au 4e étage sans ascenseur donc exit les personnes à mobilité réduite, mais sinon foncez réserver cet appartement !
