Stay in Golfe-Juan Residence with Pool Garden & Parking

The owner was very friendly and showed us all the amenities in the apartment. It was very clean and in a secure location with a pool. And had parking. The property was well placed for the beach, and it is a short bus ride to Cannes.

After a 12 hours of flight, we have arrived at the place, the shower was not working! We could not get a shower that day because the plumber came the other day. After a few days dining out, I decided to cook whereas I found that the dishwasher was not working ! It would give all the warning lights on but would not even start. The owners dad would come the other day tried to fix it, did not work. The plumber, the other day, it did not work again. The other day the owner would bring a new dishwasher leaving a leakage in one of the hoses which the water go through the kitchen. LOTS of hassle. Everyday either plumbers, or the owner or his dad were in to help fix the issues. While these were going on we could not use water and had to use the public toilets in another building!! I was truly kind since this is life and things could happen. I only did nicely ask to leave and a refund for the rest of the stay since each day was a mass. He did not accept, he said he was helping to fix the issues. Well we went to another hotel for a few days and I had to pay for 2 places, but still did refuse to stay at that place. After we returned to the USA, I sent another note to the owner ( I can provide all our correspondence through the stay) I kindly asked a refund for at least 4 days for compensation/ refund to try to solve with him first, before I report the issue , he replied in a very nasty, ugly way blaming me for blackmailing! And that I drew a great picture of America! All was horrible.

Beautifully appointed, everything you need. Owner on sute if you require anything. Nice grounds and Pool. Close to the sea and small harbour for food. Easy access to Cannes and Antibes.

Property was good maybe a little small with our dog but he loved the outdoor space we throughly enjoyed we will return 👍
