Studio 100m to Chatelet

😊: Great location, 30 seconds from the Metro. Fairly quiet at night. Feels secure. Warm and cosy, plenty of hot water. Adequate Wi-Fi. 😢: Apartment is tired and needs a refresh. Pillows need replacing with softer versions rather than the unyielding blocks provided. Disconnected radiator propped on the wall in the bathroom can be removed? Not all the lighting was working/connected. Communal hallway in poor condition..

😊: The apartment is bright, very comfortable and designed with attention to detail. It is livable for two people and although small, it is equipped with everything one might need. Special mention must also be made of the wifi line, which works perfectly. The location is also excellent, in the heart of Paris, close to bus stops, as well as to many other services (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops…) and notable points of interest to visit (Centre Pompidou, Museum of Arts and Crafts, Saint Merri Parish and Saint Nicholas au Champs, Tour Saint-Jacques…). In a few minutes' walk you can also reach the beautiful Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame Cathedral.. 😢: We liked everything, perhaps only the addition of a TV could make the rainy evenings (of which there are many in Paris this season...) a little more pleasant.
