😊: This was a wonderful haven in the middle of Bordeaux. I was hesitant it would be dark but during the day 2 windows let in plenty of light and at night it was pitch black after closing the wooden shutters. It was by far the cleanest place I've stayed and my only regrett is that I didn't have cash left to tip the cleaner, so if anyone is feeling generous on anothers behalf 😀The kitchen was well stocked and their welcome coffee, juice and snacks are a lovely gift.. 😢: The host was a little unresponsive, I had to ask for booking and arrival confirmation. I got lost because when i copy and pasted the direction from booking to google it sent me somewhere else. Just be mindful you look at the address in booking and put it into google manually..

😊: Good location 5 mins from the tram stop (although tram not fully running during summer due to tram upgrades, but still good for town centre). Clean and there was milk, juice and cake/biscuits provided. Great guide to the city.. 😢: It's a studio with a sofa bed only. Very hot even with air conditioning as top floor. Very noisy fridge. Not any hand soap provided in the bathroom..

😊: The location is excellent, near a tram stop and a short walk to both Rue de Notre Dame and the Jardin Public. Staff very friendly. Basic but clean and tidy. There were some breakfast items, juice, tea and coffee left which was a nice touch.. 😢: Bring earplugs and a sleep mask because the fridge is extremely loud, and there is no blind or curtain on the window beside the bed so the morning sun will wake you!.
