😊: This property was in a great location as it’s close the train station as well as the local shops and restaurants! The room itself was clean, well stocked and the layout was good ! The host was very polite and welcoming on arrival and checkout.. 😢: The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and the linen and towels provided were very colourful and patterned which for some maybe okay but I would always prefer a clean white sheets, pillow cases and towels. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable and had clearly been through the washing machine which meant all the stuffing was clumped together. Additionally air con would be a huge plus as the apartment did get very warm and the fans provided didn’t cool the room. Some things out of the properties control was noise, as I understand it’s an old building so unfortunately there is not much that can be done, but noise from inside and outside the property was very loud. There was also a very strong smell of what we think was cigarettes in the hallway leading to the apartment which we believe was coming from a neighbouring occupant..

😢: they charged me 15e more because I arrived around 10 pm and if I said that I would arrive then the first time we had contact with Alex, she doesn't speak English so we wrote to her in French with the help of google translate, she didn't even remember that I was from Serbia but said that I was from Italy, we changed the sheets ourselves when we arrived because she felt old. before leaving, she emphasized to us to clean the apartment and prepare it, because as far as I understand, no one does that for her, so I got the impression that no one even changes the bed linen after the guests leave..

😊: Location was treat, hosts were very nice.
