Studio équipé avec balcon

😊: Nothing.. 😢: The place was situated in a run down, dilapidated building that could have been used as a location for a movie involving a DEA raid. The place did not feel safe at all. The door to the "studio" had obviously been forced open before despite new 'secure' locks that had been fitted with an alarm straight to the police. Mail boxes had been ripped off with one of the mail box gates holding open the front door to allow free access. There was a lot of shouting from other rooms and no sound insulation. It was awful. We did not stay but went on to better accomodation closer to Rouen..
