😊: position. 😢: cleaness and organization of spaces.

😊: It's one of the cheaper options and close to downtown and the station.. 😢: The external window didn't appear to open making it qhite humid inside, especially after showering. There is a mini dehumidifier but it's not sufficient for the space and lack of ventilation. There are small windoes opening to the commhnical corridor but they don't really do much and you have to climb up to reach them. It wasn't that bad but would imagine the place quite stuffy in summer..

😊: I liked the room, its cozy atmosphere with kitchen / dining amenities. The bathroom left nothing to be desired. It's within walking distance from the train station. The Rouen Cathedral is just a few blocks away. There's also a Starbucks a block from the cathedral.. 😢: There is public works in progress on the street but was not a major inconvenience..

😊: Very central and located in a beautiful street.. 😢: The main window cannot be open..

😊: The apartment is tiny but met my needs. Clean and in a nice location.. 😢: The large comforter smelled terribly of mildew and could not be used. There was a lot of late night noise from neighbors coming and going as the apartment is directly next to the building's main entry and stairs..
