😊: The host had an overbooking and simply didn’t care I had 2 small children at 10pm and said she booked the place to someone else and I should contact booking.com after I had been already charged. They gave me ZERO costumer support and didn’t care. Can imagine you book something, get your money held and the host doesn’t care when it’s 100% the property fault for any overbooking? Shame.

😊: Location.. 😢: I had a situation and the property was not nice at all..
😊: Very clean, good facilities, comfortable.. Near to train station (5 min walk) and Pompidou (2 mins).. 😢: The building was a bit grim and on a very noisy road. Couldn't get the fan to work but that may have been me. 20 minute walk into old town centre...
