😢: I normally never write reviews — in fact, this is my first one. You know how it is, sometimes hotels are good, sometimes not so much. But this situation was different and deserves to be shared. Everything started badly: after I paid for the booking, the host told me I had to pay an additional 500 euros due to something mentioned in small print somewhere in the listing. I wasn’t happy, but I paid. When I arrived, check-in was supposed to be at 16:00. The key was meant to be in a locker, but there was nothing inside. I contacted the host — and was left waiting outside for over an hour. Eventually, a cleaner arrived and opened the door, but I still had to wait another hour while she finished cleaning. The Wi-Fi name didn't match what was given and wasn’t even discoverable. So, I had no internet for another hour. The place itself is terrible. The room smells bad, and the bathroom is unbearable because there’s no ventilation at all. The balcony is no better — people are constantly smoking crack, passed out drunk, or shouting. It felt unsafe and unhygienic. Again, I understand that sometimes life throws you into uncomfortable situations, but this was too much. Worst of all, after I checked out, the host never returned my deposit. It’s been over two weeks. I messaged them two days ago — they claimed it had been refunded, but that’s a lie. I have not received anything. Please don’t trust this listing. I will be reporting this to the police..
