STUDIO ROOFTOP LULLI

😊: Excellent Location, great outside space which made up for the compact apartment. We only came back to the apartment to eat occasionally and sleep as Marseille has plenty to keep you occupied for a week but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that in this accommodation. Great for a long weekend though. If you like to get your steps in then this is the place for you. Keeps us fit.. 😢: 162 steps to reach the apartment and no lift, have to then negotiate another steep flight of stairs once in the apartment through the lobby wardrobe area which has no hand rail (exhausting). Shower was hanging out from the wall, door cover for the dishwasher had been taken off and left in the lobby area, no Saucepans in the kitchen to cook with just 2 lids, had to improvise with the frying pan, the induction cooker was temperamental kept turning off. The step out onto the decked area was too high and would not pass uk safety regulations don’t know what the rules are in France..

😊: Evedything is super cool, especially the panoramic view from the terrace.. 😢: No elevator, but worst to climb up to the roof top apartment.

😊: The location of the studio is very good, as is the view from the terrace.. 😢: It wasn't very clean, especially in the kitchen area. In the bathroom I felt like the whole city was watching me, the window didn't have blinds, it wasn't comfortable. There's nowhere to sit to eat if the weather is bad outside, the only chairs are on the terrace.

😢: Property was poorly maintained ,no blind on bathroom window shower door leaking ,damaged floor ,rusty chairs on balcony broken umbrella. only 1 cup and bowl. No reply from owners in relation to insufficient Delph.Ants in the bed..

😊: The patio is fabulous!!! An absolute find..
