Studio Saint Ferreol hyper centre 3-1

😢: They forgot to clean the appartement, the sheets were full of stains, wet towels were laying around and everything was just really really dirty. A nice man who is a friend of the owner brought me some new sheets and a new towel. But I had to spend 3 whole nights in the dirty appartement before the cleaning company finally came. I wouldnt leave such a negative review if I had the feeling the owner actually cared but thats just not the case, seems like a cheap side business. He told me I would get 3 nights refunded, booking texted me he wouldnt refund me anything and they would send me about 40€ as an apology, but he still claims he had managed everything with booking about the refund. Something seems off and I‘m just annoyed at this point...

😊: Excellent location in the center of the old city. There are many cafes and shops around. The embankment is within walking distance.. 😢: No.

😊: Especially location. 😢: Bed.

😊: Location was excellent. Close to Saint Charles station. Close to metro, tram, bus and port, and a few big supermarkets.. 😢: Could do with new pillow covers..
