😊: The location and size of the property. 😢: There could have been an air conditioner not a fan. Also the standing fan did not blow well.

😊: Great size apartment, perfect location with everything in walking distance, fully kitted out kitchen.. 😢: Be aware it is all open plan, so no divider between the sofa bed and normal bed. Sofa bed however was not comfy at all :(.

😊: Great location in Vieux Nice. 😢: The studio has small windows which makes it hot on hot days, it is loud at night as it's right next to rubbish bins getting emptied each night, the equipment is of low quality - many things were in a deteriorated state. Not good price to quality ratio at all!.

😊: The location in Old Nice is excellent, being close to restaurants, cafes and the tramway. The check in staff were friendly and helpful.. 😢: Whilst it’s no fault of the property, it was often very noisy directly outside. Restaurants tend to dispose of the rubbish in the bins outside loudly between 23:00 - 02:00. There are loud bin collections from 04:00 - 07:00 and the local authority jet washes the street at about 04:30. I’m a heavy sleeper but was woken up multiple times each night, so keep this in mind..
