Sunny one-bedroom corner apartment with a balcony. Next to Place Masséna.

Very nice place in a great location. It has everything we needed. Definitely recommend it. Nice that it had an elevator.

Pro: Excellent and convenient location. Very quiet. Modern and clean. Con: Mattress foam topper makes sitting on the edge of the bed almost impossible.Not well suited for anyone with « mobilité réduite »

Wonderful location, spacious accommodation, easy access to tram, train station, beach, vieux Nice, great restaurants, attractions… Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Not sure why the review is asking about a winery... this apartment is in the heart of Nice. The tram is a 1 minute walk, old town is a 4 minute walk, the sea is an 8 minute walk. The unit is exceptionally clean and bright, fully stocked with whatever you may need, and even though it's on a busy pedestrian street, it's completely quiet with the double paned windows closed! When open, there's a quiet hum of activity below. The terrace is perfect to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The host was ready to work with as well.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location!!

Apartment was exactly like the website stated. Only complaint was with the pillows. They were throw pillows. Other than that, the apartment was great. Communication with the manager was very good.

My wife and I used this incredibly located apartment for a two week stay in the French Riviera. About every other day we explored towns to the east and to the west, and on the other days we explored or just enjoyed what Nice had to offer. The apartment is on the most prominent street in Nice but the windows completely shut out any unwanted noise. It also had great access to the Tram lines which facilitated our travel inside and outside of Nice. Viveka was great to work with and got our holiday off on the right foot. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed, including a handheld steamer that was clutch for removing the clothes wrinkles that come with cross Atlantic travel.

Awesome location. So close to the Place Garibaldi, the long park, and just a short walk to the beach.
