Superbe appartement centre historique Uzès (avec climatisation)

Check in was easy and the caretaker gave us a quick tour and answered. Parking is nearby about a 5 minute walk.

We have stayed in many properties in Uzes and this one is a gem. Loved everything about it - clean, light, spacious, with wonderful views. We were worried about the lack of air conditioning but there are so many windows and the property is three floors up so the ventilation kept it cool. The only disappointing feature is the ‘shower’ which isn’t one which you can stand under! A minor complaint, and everything else was superb!

Grand appartement très propre et calme avec confort moderne, situé près des commerces et restaurants.On est vraiment au centre historique du pittoresque Uzès. Uzès est bien situé pour découvrir la région! Attention: dans la description c'est noté place parking. Par contre le parking n'est pas compris en tout parking est payant. On devrait fournir 'un pass semaine'.(= seul bémol). On a passé une belle semaine d'été dans cet appartement bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Bien qu'on est en plein centre ville on n'a pas de bruit ni de la rue ni des voisins. On conseille vivement cet appartement!

A truly beautiful, quiet and private spot in the historic center of the city, just steps to the Place aux Herbes. We arrived the night before market day, and could not believe that the apartment was so quiet the next morning, while the busy market day was going on right outside. We were also greeted with a bottle of local rosé, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is clean and beautiful, with view from one window of the Duchy chateau, and views over historic rooftops in every direction. It is so comfortable, with beautiful decor. We slept so well, too! We would stay here again in a second. Only recommendations to owner are two. First, to make a specific note in listing that the kitchen has no oven. We didn't realize it, and adapted our cooking for the stovetop, but other guests might wish to know that. Second, perhaps provide more information about check-in time and process well in advance. I received a text with information from the property manager the day before, but it was a chance that I received it, because I only used my phone on wifi. The manager, Guillaume, was terrific - very lovely and helpful to us, and responded to text when we had questions right away. But might help other guests with their planning to know in advance, or thru the homeaway app just in case. Thank you for a beautiful stay. We will never forget Uzès!

Tout à été refait à neuf dans ce joli appartement sous les toits d'un magnifique immeuble. Prestations de qualité, calme et propreté. L'atout principal reste la situation exceptionnelle de la location, en plein centre de la vieille ville d'Uzes, tout près de la place du marché et des cafés.
