Superbe Villa 330m2 piscine & jacuzzi

😢: We had a very disappointing stay at this villa. The owners did not stand behind what they promised, and our vacation was ruined. First, the air conditioning in the entire main area of the villa was not working during our stay. The weather was extremely hot, and it was impossible to spend time in the living spaces. The hosts acknowledged the issue and sent technicians, who confirmed that the system was broken. Despite this, no proper solution was provided until the very last afternoon of our stay, when they finally brought a few portable fans – far too late to make any difference. To make matters worse, after we left, the hosts immediately withdrew our €4,000 deposit, claiming there were damages we allegedly caused. They provided no proof, no photos, no invoices, and not even a single conversation about the supposed damages. We were charged without any transparency or justification. This was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. Between the lack of air conditioning, the lack of responsibility from the hosts, and the unjustified deposit withdrawal, we strongly recommend avoiding this villa..

😊: Lovely home, nice and spacious very clean inside, stayed with 4 children and 8 adults as there for a family wedding so suited us well.. 😢: The outside area although very nice had lots of garden leaves etc at the doors, so was walked inside the house. Also the pool and hot tub was not as warm as expected..
