😊: Beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment, great location near Route de Vannes, metro (ligne 3, between Longchamp & Beausejour). Nantes is a great place to visit, & public transport is free at weekends: trams, buses & boats (otherwise we may have bought a city card). Excellent kitchen: plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates etc. Plenty of big tables to eat or play games at: kitchen, lounge, terrace, & relax with drinks: lounge, terrace. Good local restaurants (Gasparelli pizza & Korean) & supermarkets (SuperU, Carrefour) within walking distance. Recommend visiting Les Machines, boat trip to Trentemoult, museums (especially Print/Imprimerie) in the city. The owner quickly answered questions we had. Was there a charge for the towels & bed linen? No. I cleaned at the end, but we met the cleaner as we were leaving - the notes in the apartment were slightly ambiguous. See below.. 😢: Nothing really. Ground floor was easy access but it meant we had to close windows & shutters (electric) every time we went out, & at night. This wasn’t much of a hardship;, we just had to be vigilant; it made it a little dark, but there were plenty of lights). Not a problem. The following isn’t really just for this apartment, & i intend to contact Booking directly. Booking.com : you really need to get your act together with fees in France. Saying you may need cash for local charges is not enough. Speak to each owner/manager & ask if there are charges for bed linen, towels, cleaning, & how much/when/to whom they need to be paid. We always take our own towels, tea towels, & bed linen now (including square pillowcases), as well as a few toilet rolls, washing up sponges, cleaning cloths etc., as we’ve been bitten before. Whether or not you have to clean on the last morning makes a HUGE difference to your stay..

😊: The property was excellent we loved our stay. Corinne’s apartment is beautiful, it is very tastefully decorated, very well furnished and equipped. The bed was very comfortable too. The Terrace is lovely but unfortunately it rained so we didn’t manage to use jt. The instructions and photographs for gaining entry to the apartment were helpful and clear. The location was ideal for the Longchamp stop on the Tram.. 😢: We liked it all 😊.
