😊: Nothing. 😢: Hello Calling this type of real estate agency/Airbnb is an insult to serious and trustworthy companies. All the staff are incompetent, inefficient, Poorly qualified, They don't even have a clue about hospitality and accommodations. They can't even provide accurate information about where to pick up the apartment keys. All the staff lack training and rigorous selection because people have cognitive impairments. Besides, they are rude, Rude, No clue about accommodations.

😊: Air conditioning, central location. 😢: There were cockroaches in the apartment. The owner claimed it was the first time, yet reviews from late June mention the exact same issue. Their solution was to refund us and suggest we move out — in the middle of peak season, when it’s nearly impossible to find a decent alternative last-minute (attaching screenshots from a video , so they are not very clear).

😊: Great location close to restaurants cafes tram and metro. 😢: No clear instructions on ho to enter the building.

😊: In the center of Marseille, lovely apartment very well maintained, located and clean. I liked that comments made by the previous tenants have all been handled by the owner (stairs/table not clean, missing hand towel/shower mat/toilet paper). Shows that the owner cares! Thank you so much for renting out your place to us.. 😢: Nothing.
