Everything we found was in line with the description. The apartment is pretty, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is south-west facing and quite private. It´s only a few minutes walk to the beach (and bakery), 10 minutes walk to a well-supplied supermarket and a good half-hour to the center of Biarritz. In shoulder & high season (may-oct), parking is not free in the area and especially, it is limited in time, so I strongly suggest renting the garage as well. (We stayed in April and did not have problems to park in the street). Good communication with the host.
