😊: Very close to center & metro. Clean and secure apartment.. 😢: The apartment would really benefit for a paint refresh, as the whitw walls are very dirty especially above the bed as there is no headboard. The apartment is on a ground floor and the windows overlook a pedestrian pavement that can get very busy at times. This also means lack of privacy or sunlight. There is also no A/C or fan available. There is a console on the wall but it appears to not be working. I did message the host regarding this but got no answer. Although they did reply promptly when I needed a code for one of the doors..

😊: The location and the house in general were good. The owner of the house was kind and responsive, we had some issues and he answered quickly to solve them.. 😢: The house was not clean and the staff (not the owner) were not responsive. They didn’t answer quickly to our messages and they didn’t leave all the keys/codes necessary to enter the house. We arrived at 1 am and couldn’t enter. Luckily, the owner quickly responded our call and gave us all the codes. However, we would suggest him to verify the agency managing the apartment because they are not doing a good job..

El lugar estaba todo muy...<br>#128578; Estaba muy bien equipado, la cocina tenía todo lo que se necesita, todo muy limpio y ordenado. El único defecto es que no tiene aire acondicionado y se sentía calor. Se sentía todo encerrado, tiene ventanas para abrir, pero está a la orilla de la calle y la gente que pasa ve todo si las abres, aparte el ruido no deja dormir si las ventanas están abiertas.<br>#128577; Que no tiene aire acondicionado

Great location, great accomodation.<br>#128578; It is a great place. The location is just perfect. The apartment is nice and spacious - the price of the apartment was good. There was free WLAN, which was required as mobile signal was rather weak. Handing over the key was automatic, and went fine. I really enjoyed being here!<br>#128577; It was strage that the mobile network signal was extremely weak in the apartment (obviously not the responsibility of the owner). Otherwise everything went fine, and I had a great time in the apartment.
