😊: Helene and her family were very friendly and helpful, the property is immaculate and comfortable with everything catered for. The pool and terrace are just what you need after a long day exploring Nice, you can access everything from Cadam tramway or the local trains to Monaco & Cannes. Well worth the stay.. 😢: The location is lovely looking over Nice, but the roads to get there are very narrow and winding around sharp bends. You need a car to get to Cadam where you can get the tram for 1.70 euro a trip.
