😊: The apartment is very spacious and located near the beach and is really useful if you come by car. In the same building you can find a Carrefour market, very useful. It is equipped with AC but it is located in the living room so it will not reach the bedrooms.. 😢: Unfortunately it was dirty, from the terrace, to the bathrooms and sheets and and the general appearance of the apartment. There wasn't toilet paper (we stayed 3 nights 4 persons) and not trash cans .The irony is that you are warned that if you do not leave the location by 10am sharp, for cleaning, you will be charged extra for late check out. Hmm cleaning.. During the very hot summers, which was the period when we booked, the sun hits the terrace directly, where it is impossible to sit. A lot of switches covered with scotch tape, not knowing exactly what to use and what not to use. We requested additional information about how to get to the parking and we received the same message with copy paste, the host not trying to answer specifically what we needed. Also, the whole system of picking up and dropping off the keys is very cumbersome..

😊: Nothing. 😢: Our flight was delayed and after 8 pm cannot get the key at all. We have to go to a different hotel.

😊: The apartment is centrally located: 10 min. by tram 2 from the airport, 15 min. by bus (12+)/tram to downtown Nice, 15 min. to train station. The trams and buses are a 3-5 min. walk from the apartment. The apartment is located above a supermarket where you can get everything that you need. Bakeries and pizzerias are a 5 min. walk away. The beach is a 3 min. walk from the apartment.. 😢: We were told to go to a Tabagie store to pick up the keys to the apartment, but we had a hard time finding the Tabagie store. As mentioned in one of the reviews, the stove does not work well and sometimes, it can blow a fuse. The kettle was broken and leaked water. The furniture is dated or broken. Some of the beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. The owners limit the use of the hot water: no hot water on the day you arrive and on the day you leave..

This property is located in a very good location. It's close to the airport and steps to the train line, which means it's easy to access the entire city. My biggest critique is that the apartment does not have Wifi, but I am not certain I understood this before booking. Communication with the owner is minimal, so it is not so easy to get questions answered. The beds are not the most comfortable, but they were clean. It is also very hard to understand how the washer/dryer works. We figured it out via google. We also parked on the street in front of the unit, as we couldn't get the parking garage door to open. I would recommend it as a place to stay, but I would suggest that Wifi and clearer communication from the owner would make the stay more pleasurable.

Apartment needs a lot of updating and repairing, living room and bedrooms are ok, kitchen is not clean, mould around cooker and on walls, oven still had food around it. bathroom is tiny, lots of cracked floor tiles all around living room. live light switch with no cover on. Host has no interest in helping is unresponsive to messages and took our money without even staying an hour. He never tried to resolve the situation, we were left in nice to find alternative accommodation due to lack of communication, property was not as stated when booking, please be mindful of this when booking
