Nice spacious apartment in a great location. Comfy bed and good shower with good kitchen facilities. Good access to beach.

Super Location, ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Geräumig und sauber. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Französische Kenntnisse empfehlenswert. Tipp - Strandsand immer feucht, Strandstühle oder Decke mit Nässeschutz empfehlenswert. Ebbe und Flut beachten, da bei Flut kein Strand vorhanden ist. Trotzdem Ebbe und Flut spektakulär.

The apartment is located at the end of Saint Malo's main seafront promenade. It is about a 3km walk along the promenade to the fortress. The apartment is conveniently located, so that both the promenade and other restaurants / supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very modern and in mint condition, and has everything you need for a holiday stay. This is especially true for the really well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is also no need to search for a parking space, as the apartment has its own parking space. The apartment and the two bedrooms are very quiet, the beds are very good. Freshly made beds awaited us upon arrival. The communication with the landlord was also very good upon arrival. We would like to come again !

Schöne,helle großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Betten waren sehr bequem und es gibt viele Schränke um Ordnung zu halten. Moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Vermieter war sehr nett , alles lief reibungslos. Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker zu Fuß 10 min(es gab sehr leckere Sachen 😀) Mittwochs und Freitags Markt 10-15min zu Fuss(sehr große Auswahl an Fisch und Fleisch. Saint Malo und Altstadt ist wundervoll. Uns hat es super gefallen

Magnifique appartement très agréable avec ses deux grandes baies vitrées et un aperçu mer. Fonctionnel et bien agencé, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, les photos sont conformes à la location et le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Bien agencé, lumineux, ensoleillé, calme, beau et grand balcon ensoleillé avec vue agréable sans vis-à-vis (avec une petite vue mer sur le côté). Très proche de la plage. Quelques commerces bien utiles à proximité. Bonne disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa famille. A conseiller.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, confortable , bien équipé, proche de la plage et des commodités. Mr Crestey est disponible. Destination à conseiller.

My wife and 16 year old daughter have just returned from a week in Saint Malo and the apartment we rented from Monsieur Crestey was fabulous. We arrived to meet Patrick at the 3.OOpm time and as with all these things were a little apprehensive of what the apartment would be like in reality. We needn't of worried, it truly is a lovely, bright, clean place to be, with all mod cons and superbly furnished. The Balcony is a wonderful place to sit in the late evening and enjoy a glass of wine. It is situated at the far end of one of Saint Malo's lovely beaches and although it is a bit of a walk into the town, the promenade makes the journey a very pleasant walk (about 45mins to be honest) but well worth it especially in the late evening. All in all we could not have been happier there and are planning to return in the Spring (If Patrick will have us) Definately 5 Stars.
