Appartement très bien Conforme à l’annonce Propriétaire très sympathique Rien à redire Je le conseil à tous

We spent two weeks in this appartment during the summer holidays in 2016. The appartment is situated at the ground level of an appartment building located in a fenced residential area. The relatively spacious outside terrace is well situated at the sunny South side. Sun screens available. The clean and quiet swimming pool (shared with other residents) is on less than a minute walking distance. A small bakery, open early in the morning, is located just outside the fence (2 minutes away), large supermarkets on a less than 5 minutes driving distance. Covered parking in a garage that belongs to the owners of the appartment. We spent a typical Côte d'Azur holiday in this appartment (well equipped, amongst others with a large refrigerator/freezer, a large screen TV-set (we did not use btw) and A/C in the master bedroom) with our 5-persons family. Be aware that the Antibes and Juan les Pins sandy beaches are (too) crowded. Nice restaurants on the Juan les Pins beaches. We visited the 'usual suspect' cities (Monaco, Cannes, Juan les Pins, ....), made a day trip to the beautiful but crowded Île Sainte-Marguerite, and made also several trips into the country. The owners of this appartment (Olga and Olivier) are very friendly and helpful, very nice people.
