Terrace and view on all Nice city

😊: The apartment is located in modern building with elevator, close access and amazing view to the city. The host met us in the apartment, showed everything and gave some recommendations for parking, walking and having lunch and dinner. The apartment is full staff, pleasure and clean.. 😢: It's sad that there is no parking slot on the apartment territory and near the entrance. It was a bit hard to load and unload baggage. But we knew that there is no parking in the apartment, so we were prepared for this situation.

😊: Very nice spacious property overlooking Nice. Big hill to walk up to get to property. Well stocked kitchen and lovely balcony. Bedroom comfortable. Babycot provided. Nothing really to fault! 15 min walk from Old Town Nice.. 😢: Just somethings out of our control which may factor into booking - no air con which we didn’t realise when booking but in the summer months it is VERY warm although you do get a good breeze. No highchair for baby available. Accessibility isn’t easy with a pram - only stairs into the building and the lift is very small (couldn’t fit pram very easily).

😊: The appt is beautiful and well-funished.. 😢: Nothing.
