Comfortable and well located but...<br>#128578; The property was well located not far from the tube station on one of the main lines into Paris and close to local venues such as Stade de France, aquatics centre and Basilique de St Denis. The appartment was overall fairly clean, airy and pleasant. The hosts answered all questions promptly.<br>#128577; The area is very noisy (the windows insulate well from the noise but not in very hot weather when you want some air to circulate). The bathroom is tiny and the sink did not drain properly. The shower is good. We did not need to use the kitchen as we ate out. The sheets of the spare bed seemed to not have been changed prior to our arrival. The flat is on the 5th floor of a relatively old appartment block which has no lift.
