The perfect vacation villa: close to the ocean, private pool, peaceful, relaxing.

The property meet our expectations and in line with pictures in the add. We had a nice week. We enjoyed the house and the pool area. We also enjoyed the beach (within walking distance, but you may consider driving there). 5 min drive to shopping (Lidl and Hyper U). Hosts are nice.

The villa is spacious, with lots of light . The kitchen is outfitted but the utensils, pots and pans etc. are old and worn. We were surprised that there are no closets in the house. The beds, bedding and towels could use refreshing. The living room sitting area is not comfortable although there is a good TV. Since we rented in the winter, we did not experience the pool area which is large.The house is in a dense residential area but a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.The hosts are lovely and accessible .

This property is superb and very well equipped with everything you could need (apart from toilet paper!). It was ideal for us with our 3 adult sons, aged 18-24, because the layout meant that everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It is an easy 15 minute drive from Beziers airport and there are supermarkets and smaller shops less than 5 minutes away. The river, local beach and some nice restaurants are within walking distance. We had a super-chilled week but there are loads of tourist attractions for anyone who wants to explore the region. Highly recommended - but pack some loo roll!

Five stars for the hosts Fanny & Olivier! Very nice and spacious villa. It has everything we needed. We spent 10 days and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was raining for the entire stay and we were not able to take advantage of the pool. Thank you Fanny and Olivier for your hospitality.

Five stars for the host

We stayed in this wonderful house from 3 to 10 September (much too short, actually) with 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children) and we had an absolutely great time there. The found the house as described, the garden has a lot of space for the children for romping around, the pool is large but not too deep (be carefull when splash diving!) and the rooms inside are tastefully and well appointed. Fanny and Olivier were extremely nice and helpful whenever a problem occurred. The only minor thing I would like to mention is that it would be nice to have 2 more chairs outside at the table. the house of for 8, but you will find no table where 8 people could sit at. and the small extra studio upstairs has no place for hanging up wet towels. You need to hang them up outside, and in case of strong wind (which is not unlikely to happen in South France) you will find them later lying on the floor. But these are only very minor point of criticism and no reason not to give 5 stars for this house!
