Très joli loft au cœur de Nice

😊: The location was great, the property was clean and we could see the owner had made an effort to make the place tidy and accommodating for our stay - we highly recommend and would stay there again. We were pleasantly surprised of how nice the place was with character and very cosy. 10/10. 😢: It was perfect.

😊: The room location was really good to access all places where we wanted to. The staff accepted our early checked in that was very helpful to us!. 😢: The shower room needed to wipe out every times after we use, but there was a mop on n the room..

😊: Steve was a very friendly and helpful host – he even allowed a spontaneous early check-in at 8 a.m. The room was quite modern, with a new couch and an extra TV at the table that wasn’t shown in the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of supplies, and the location was excellent: very quiet, but only 7 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes to the city center, and 15 minutes to the beach. While the surfaces, appliances, and fittings were very clean, there’s some room for improvement in deep cleaning – the floor seemed to have been vacuumed but not mopped in a while, and our feet got dirty quickly; also, we noticed a few dead insects on the baseboards that had clearly been there for some time (as seen in the photo with the cockroach).. 😢: The room was sometimes very noisy – I could clearly hear the neighbors above and in the hallway, especially in the mornings, which often woke me up. The ceiling and bathroom were quite low; at 1.88 m, I had to duck slightly in places, though my girlfriend (1.62 m) had no issues. The air conditioner worked well in terms of cooling, but its exhaust hose ran across the ceiling and leaked badly once – my laptop was right next to the leak and got quite wet (luckily, no damage, but still annoying). The apartment is on the ground floor, right next to the building’s waste area (connected via a small courtyard), and we found dead cockroaches inside on two days – one of them under the bed, right by the headboard. I don’t think the host could have done much more (poison was clearly being used), but during the hot and humid summer months, cockroaches seem hard to avoid..

Amazing stay. I would come...<br>#128578; The location was exceptional. It was very close to the train stations for day-trips to other cities and very easy to go to the beach by bike. Lots of pharmacies near by and a huge grocery store around 5 minute walk away.

A great way to see...<br>#128578; Stylish and comfortable. Easy to cook there. Friendly help on arrival and Laurent answered queries very quickly.<br>#128577; Could be dangerous on the open stairs up to the mezzanine.
