A lovely very large property with loads of space for all. Pool and pool area spacious and plenty of sun beds. Gardens massive with plenty of space for kids to play and explore. Great internal and external seating areas with a BBQ as well. Parking for 4 or more cars. Just a mile to nearest supermarket, newsagent, PO, chemist and bakers. Ideal location.

Nous avons aimé séjourné dans votre propriété, malgré les quelques petites choses qui n’étaient pas parfaites (fuite dans les douches et humidité dans la maison) que nous comprenons au vu de la situation actuelle. Cependant la piscine et l’extérieur de votre propriété étaient très beaux !

We had the most wonderful holiday at Maison Neuve! The house is beautiful and incredibly well equipped. We did not need anything as it was all there. The various areas outdoor areas were incredible and we spent most of out time outside playing games and laughing. It is an incredible family home!

Our extended family stayed here following a wedding in St Emilion. The house was really comfortable, and had everything we needed including towels for the pool. We loved the outside space, perfect for BBQ and happy hours were spent in the pool. The location was great for activities including kayaking, cycling,walking and there are lovely restaurants nearby.

We loved our holiday at Maison Neuve. The house is perfect, loads of living space downstairs, a beautiful country kitchen and extensive grounds with a gated pool. It has amazing views over the surrounding countryside.

Just back from our week’s holiday at Maison Neuve with our family of 12. Everyone loved it, especially all the space! We much appreciated how well presented and equipped it was: we wanted for nothing. Lovely pool and very practical covered area with enormous table to enjoy barbecues. Beautiful view across the valley, and it was nice to have all that grass to play French cricket and frisbees. Very peaceful location, but only a short distance to pretty riverside villages. Highly recommended.

Huge house with lots of space to relax and with 4 grandchildren that's amazing. Beautiful views from the front of the house. Grandchildren spent most of their time in the pool or garden but when exhausted would flop down in front of television and watch a video, or played with the toys provided or games and there were so many. Beds were very comfortable so we slept well. Great places to visit from here and some amazing restaurants. Kitchen very well equipped, and we had a few barbecues. All in all a lovely stay

Maison Neuve is an exceptional property offering privacy and lots of space. The property is bursting with character and authenticity. The property is very well maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped to easily handle large family groups. The bathrooms are modern and the showers are beauties. The interior is all we were hoping for. The outside of the property is a joy- so much space for kids to roam and play and the swimming pool is perfect for both kids and adults. This property provides the best of both worlds, seclusion and you are only a five minute drive away from petrol stn and supermarket in Champagne Mouton. The surrounding area around Ruffec is bursting with places to see and things to do. The Le Clerq supermarket, 11 miles away is HUGE and Ruffec also boasts some great cultural venues. Restaurants are sited in stunning locations with lovely well priced food. Bracantes are held on a regular basis in summer and are a must to visit, the French know how to car boot sale!! To find this property when you arrive - from Ruffec drive to Champagne Mouton take the first left at Carrefour Supermarche drive for a mile and simply follow signs for Maison Neuve. We can't recommend this property enough and will certainly be hoping to return again.
