😊: The central location. 😢: Very dirty kitchen and bathroom upon arrival.cleanlinessis a basic requirement when renting accommodation, I don't want to arrive to be informed by the owner that the last guests had left it a mess and he did not have time to clean it! Surely as an owner you would employ extra help, it's not the guests responsibility. The kitchen in the apartment here was disgusting, old food left out and not thrown out, all the draws where filthy dirty, with food debris inside them. The extractor fan was thick with grease, so were all the items on the shelf above the stove top. The filter coffee machine had not been cleaned, with an old filter full of coffee left to go mouldy. The only wate bid in the kitchen was dirty and the kind of bin you find in a bathroom, so completely unfit for purpose. The floors throughout where dirty. The bathroom was not much better, very dirty, A very dirty toilet brush and holder, a plunger, with used toilet roll dried into from the previous guests. Also a very tired bathroom, in need of a complete refurb.The shower did not work properly either. With only the small shower head working very badly. The state of this place was so bad my partner had to go and buy cleaning products, to clean the kitchen and bathroom, before we could use it. Our weekend really did get of to a bad start because of these issues.A very poorly managed property, we would advice anyone considering renting this place to re think. Overall a very bad experience. Very disappointed.
