Une atypique et merveilleuse Petite maison en plein cœur de Nice, à proximité de la mer et des plages

😊: We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s apartment in Nice and would highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment is perfectly located in the city centre, with everything within easy walking distance. The beach, Place Masséna and the famous Promenade des Anglais are all very close by. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The train station is only about 12 minutes away, which makes it very easy to take day trips to beautiful places such as Cannes or Monaco. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Pierre was extremely kind, helpful and always available when we needed anything. We had a fantastic stay in Nice and truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay at Pierre’s apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice! 🌴☀️🇫🇷.

😊: Very well architecture interior. Like the attic window and all the facilities are well thought through.. 😢: Well just more comfortable pillows would be perfect.

😊: Very closed to sea and shops, very clean, modern and well maintained. This is also very quiet the night. Facilities like having washing machine was appreciated. Owner is trying his best to make your stay the most enjoyable possible.. 😢: The leak at the shower would need to be fixed. Not a big issue though to enjoy the stay. Maybe make check in at 3 would need to be considered.
