😊: A cozy beautiful place in a great location, very convenient for travelling around Tours.. 😢: there is no actual knife in the kitchen for cooking…but I managed to use steak knife….

😊: I travel so much for work staying at a couple of dozens of places a year at least. I don’t usually write reviews anymore…. Anyhow, this place made me want to write a review again… Best place I stayed in the last couple of years. It is cozy and makes you feel at home. It’s like a high quality air bnb where everything works. You will feel like owning a piece of France for a few days. Also, great smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, quality windows, comfortable lighting, well equipped kitchen, high speed internet, great workspace, coffeemaker, comfortable sturdy bed (not Ikea) etc. Paid less than colleagues staying at a two star hotel nearby. The obligatory air bnb 20 pages of house rules codex were missing! That was refreshing cause I don’t usually plan to trash places anyway… Thanks, will be back if work ever takes me to Tours again.. 😢: Nothing but if you want to get 11/10, get an Espresso machine. (:.

😊: The location was quite central to what we wanted. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed.. 😢: Narrow stairway entry wasn't easy with bags, however only up one floor.

😊: Very well equipped; good, quiet location a short walk from the old town; the host is very responsive.. 😢: The essentials were all fine but parts of the flat are dusty and/or a bit grubby-looking, which detracts from an otherwise great flat..
